Make a Cake Payment

Receive Your Cake Invoice

After we confirm your cake design, event date, and total, we will email you an invoice from keassys.cakes@gmail.com showing:

• Your order details and invoice number
• Your total price and 50% deposit due
• Your remaining balance and pickup or delivery date

Please review your invoice before making a payment. If you have not received an invoice, request a custom quote first.

Send Your Zelle Payment

Use your bank's Zelle feature to send the exact deposit or balance amount shown on your approved invoice.

1. Open Zelle in your banking app.
2. Enter either our enrolled phone number or email and carefully verify the recipient before sending.
3. Enter the amount on your invoice. Include your invoice number in the memo if possible.
4. After sending, email us your name, invoice number, amount, and payment date.

We confirm payments only after verifying funds in our bank account. A screenshot or email notification alone does not confirm payment.

Receive Your Payment Receipt

After we verify your Zelle payment, we will email you a Keassy's Cakes receipt showing the amount received and any remaining balance.

Deposit: Your order date is reserved after your order is approved and your required 50% deposit is verified.

Final balance: Due upon pickup or delivery, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

Zelle itself does not automatically send a Keassy's Cakes receipt. We send your receipt manually after payment verification.
