What’s Included & How Booking Works

Scheduling & payment: Appointments may be requested up to six months in advance and must be scheduled at least three days before the tasting date. Availability is limited. Full payment is required to reserve an approved appointment; your appointment is confirmed only after payment is received and Keassy’s Cakes sends confirmation.

Non-refundable fee: Once your appointment is approved, paid for, and confirmed, the $35 fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend. This fee reflects the time and custom preparation required to provide fresh cake and filling samples.

Wedding cake order credit: The $35 tasting fee may be credited toward a wedding cake order of $500 or more when the wedding cake is booked at least 30 days before the wedding date. This is an order credit, not a cash refund.

Allergies & substitutions: Please disclose food allergies or dietary restrictions before your tasting. Flavor substitutions are subject to availability. Our home kitchen cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
