Terms & Conditions

1. Order Placement

All custom cake orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance to ensure proper preparation and design. For larger and more intricate custom cake orders, we suggest placing custom orders 2–3 weeks in advance and wedding cake orders at least 4–6 months in advance.

2. Payment

A deposit of 50% of the entire amount due is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.

3. Cancellations / Refunds

For custom cake orders (excluding wedding cakes), cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled pickup or delivery date qualify for a refund of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before pickup or delivery are non-refundable. For wedding cakes, cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled pickup or delivery date qualify for a refund of 50% of the deposit. 4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Our products are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens, may be present. While we take reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. Customers with severe food allergies should consider this before placing an order.

5. Delivery

Delivery services may be available for an additional fee only within Polk County, FL. Please confirm delivery details at the time of ordering.

Wedding Cake Consultation & Tasting — $35

Wedding-only tasting box for two with four cake flavors and four fillings, plus a 30-minute design consultation. $35; pickup by appointment only.

Appointments may be requested up to six months in advance and must be scheduled at least three days before the tasting date. Availability is limited. Full payment is required to reserve an approved appointment; your appointment is confirmed only after payment is received and Keassy’s Cakes sends confirmation.

Once your appointment is approved, paid for, and confirmed, the $35 fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend. This fee reflects the time and custom preparation required to provide fresh cake and filling samples.

The $35 tasting fee may be credited toward a wedding cake order of $500 or more when the wedding cake is booked at least 30 days before the wedding date. This is an order credit, not a cash refund.

Please disclose food allergies or dietary restrictions before your tasting. Flavor substitutions are subject to availability. Our home kitchen cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
