Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Keassy's Cakes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our custom cakes.

1. Cake Tasting and Consultation Refund Policy

Once your appointment is approved, paid for, and confirmed, the $35 fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend. This fee reflects the time and custom preparation required to provide fresh cake and filling samples.

The $35 tasting fee may be credited toward a wedding cake order of $500 or more when the wedding cake is booked at least 30 days before the wedding date. This is an order credit, not a cash refund.

2. Custom Cake Order Deposits and Cancellation Policy

• Wedding Cakes: If the order is cancelled 30 days or more before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled less than 30 days before pickup or delivery, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Custom Cakes (excluding wedding cakes): If the order is cancelled 14 days or more before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled less than 14 days before pickup or delivery, the deposit is non-refundable.
